A Secret for MLM Success.

I was recently watched a short video from Eric Worre, the Go Pro MLM guru on social media and took away a big Aha! That I wish to share and discuss. It was about jump start success with new network marketing recruits.
If you are a new participant in MLM I am sure you would do anything you can to stack the deck in your favor. If you are actively recruiting downline members to your team, to our team, I KNOW you want to do anything (and everything) you can to insure the success of any member you recruit.
The author was discussing key performance indicators (KPI) for network marketing professionals. There are many ways to measure success in sales in general and network marketing in specific. The author specifically shared one metric that I agree is of primary importance to each and every one of us.
The metric shared was that of earning one dollar in your first 90 days in the program.
The article shared the following…
70% of the people you recruit will never earn a single dollar in your network marketing program. That is a sobering fact. Think about it. Think about how hard it is to onboard new team members. Think about how highly valued each and every team member CAN be. Think about how much you love to find a person who needs whet we offer. Think about how exciting the possibilities for them are. Think about how their live can and will change if they make this work.
If a new member of a network marketing program does not earn one dollar $1 in commission in their first 90 days with the program, they have about a 20% retention rate. That is to say that they will stick around and make money with our program. That is one out of five that will stick with us and succeed. Four out of five will vanish. Poof! All their hard work and your hard work and my hard work and effort, gone.
But…
If a new member earns one dollar $1 in their first 90 days, they have a 74% chance of being successful with you and with us. Yes. Three out of four people who earn just one dollar $1 in their first 90 days will go on the enjoy success with you and with us.
So as a marketer, a leader and an influencer your number one goal is to see to it that your new member earns something FAST. As an educator if you are seeking to identify, recruit, train and manage a team of successful John Amico members you MUST get them productive immediately.
